Sundays can be hard...

Why is that? For as long as I can remember, back to age 7, 8, 9 even, Sundays have always been hard for me. I'm sure there are many that would say that's reason enough to find a god.... but honestly, maybe the pressure to have a GOD is what makes the day itself difficult.

Here's a thought for the day... perhaps carry it into Monday with you...

A Sad Day

A good friend lost her husband to cancer last night. My heart is breaking for her.

He was a wonderful man. This quote makes me think of him, for it is how he lived his life:

Be well and love those around you. Our time on this earth is so precious and short.
